What data and why
For an enquiry, we process your name, email, optional phone number, stay dates, guest count, apartment selection and message. We use these to respond and prepare a booking at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. A phone number is optional. Without an email address we cannot reply to an electronic enquiry. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
A confirmed booking may require further data for the contract and the accommodation provider's legal obligations, such as guest records and accounting. The legal bases are contractual performance and legal obligations under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
The hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses and server logs, for security and troubleshooting, based on the legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website does not make automated decisions with legal effects. Optional advertising measurement is described below.
Who can access your data
The operator receives enquiries by email. Hosting and email providers handle technical processing. The form does not store enquiries in a website database. We do not sell personal data or add form users to marketing lists.
Optional external content has its own providers. Enabling the map connects your browser to Google Maps; enabling the Booking widget connects it to badge.hotelstatic.com. Technical data including IP address and browser details may be transmitted and provider cookies may be used. Processing may include transfers outside the EEA under the provider's terms. Rejecting external content does not restrict enquiries.

Sklik advertising measurement
With your consent to advertising measurement, we use Sklik by Seznam.cz, a.s., for retargeting and measuring successfully submitted enquiries. The provider may receive technical data, your IP address, the visited page address and an enquiry submission event, and may use its cookies. We do not pass your email, name, phone number or form contents to this measurement. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Without consent, the Sklik script is not loaded and measurement requests are not sent. Processing for this purpose is based on your consent. Seznam.cz privacy information.
Google Analytics 4
With your consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 for statistics on visits and successfully submitted enquiries. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Google may process technical data and information about website use and use its identifiers and cookies. Processing may include transfers outside the EEA under the provider’s terms. Our measurement events do not include your name, email, phone number or message contents. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this integration. Cloudflare Turnstile
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against automated spam. During verification, Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical browser data. It loads on form pages for security, separately from the optional map and Booking badge. Cloudflare Turnstile privacy information.
How long we retain data
Enquiries that do not result in a booking are retained as needed for communication, for no more than 12 months after it ends, unless longer retention is necessary for a legal claim. Completed booking data and accounting or guest records are kept for periods required by applicable law and related claims. Technical logs are kept only as needed under the hosting provider's settings.

Optional services are disabled by default. You can withdraw or change consent at any time in cookie settings. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Withdrawing consent for an already loaded external script reloads the page; third-party cookies can also be removed in your browser settings.
