We want you to feel at home and have everything you need during your stay.
Apartment facilities
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine and fridge with freezer.
Cookware, washing-up liquid, tea towels, towels and bed linen are provided. Facilities also include a washing machine, ironing equipment and flat-screen TV. Selected apartments have air conditioning.
Breakfast
Breakfast can be arranged at our partner restaurant Café Rituál, approximately 300 metres from the apartments.

- One free parking space per apartment in the public car park opposite the building.

- Free indoor storage for bicycles and pushchairs.

- A high chair is available free of charge on advance request. A travel cot can also be arranged in advance.

- Transport
- Airport transfers and car hire are available for a fee.
- Cleaning
- Final cleaning is included in the price of your stay.
- Activities nearby
- Walking, cycling and a golf course approximately 3 km away.
General information
- The entire building and all apartments are non-smoking. Violations may result in termination of the stay without financial compensation.
- Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement and for a fee.
- There is no lift in the building. Upper-floor apartments are reached by stairs.
- Staff speak Czech, English, German and Russian.
A specific apartment cannot always be guaranteed during the peak summer season. Individual discounts may be arranged for longer stays.
Booking conditions
Check-in: 14:00–19:00
Check-out: 08:00–10:00
Payment is possible in advance by bank transfer, by card or in cash. The balance can be paid in cash or by card on arrival.
Deposit and cancellation
Summer season (May–September) and public holidays: A deposit of 50% of the total stay price is required. Free cancellation is not possible; the deposit is treated as a cancellation fee.
Other dates: A 50% deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival may incur a fee of 50% of the total stay price.
Additional services are not automatically included in the total price and are charged separately.
